One story probably tells you more than any of those titles. After Rapid7 acquired Komand, we took an on-prem product and rebuilt it into their flagship products in nine months, then designed and deployed a security platform serving 11,000 customers worldwide. We ended up writing the internal playbook that every acquisition after us followed, which earned us a nickname inside the company: the Better Together Team.
